Your drawing.
Our cutting path.
Specific shapes, circular parts and contours from plates or blocks. With our 3-axis diamond wire saw and rotary table, we explore how to turn your drawing into a workpiece.

A shape that fits your application.
Contour cutting adds another capability alongside straight cuts. We have experience producing circular parts and following contours with our diamond wire saw.
The right approach starts with the drawing. We discuss the starting shape, required dimensions and how the workpiece can be held. Internal contours and entry cuts are assessed individually for feasibility.
- Circular parts from plate material
- Contours for test specimens and blanks
- One-off parts and small batches
- Cutting path and layout tailored to the project
Tolerances, material behaviour, workholding and any subsequent processing are agreed for each project.
Twelve circles.
One starting plate.
For a previous project, we cut twelve circular parts from one plate. The layout and cutting path were tailored to the required result.

Your project
Share your material type, dimensions, drawing and required quantity.
- 02
Technical review
We review the geometry, workholding and required tolerances. Where necessary, we start with a trial cut.
- 03
Cutting & inspection
Once approved, we carry out the cutting and check the agreed dimensions.
